Accelerate Group Decision Making
Quickly rate, rank, and prioritize ideas, options, and resources � all of which can be brainstormed �on-the-fly" during your client session. OptionFinder�s List Processing Tool saves time by making it easy for groups to evaluate large lists of items in a matter of minutes.
For example, groups can rate each item in a 10-item list against a 1-5 scale of importance (where 1 is equal to no importance and 5 is equal to high importance).
Participants use an audience response system to assign a rank to each item. Once the audience voting is complete, a results graph is displayed showing how the items scored from highest to lowest.
The results clearly illustrate to your client the items that are considered most important and least important. In addition, you can evaluate this same list against a second criterion (e.g., a 1-5 scale of feasibility) for X-Y analysis (see above images).
