The OptionFinder/OptionPower Demo-In-A-Case program provides an exciting opportunity for you to experience the versatility and functionality of an interactive wireless audience response system.
This limited-time offer has been extended to allow you to experience first-hand how our state-of-the-art audience response technology can help you achieve the desired outcomes of your meeting, training session, workshop, or other facilitated process.
How Demo-In-A-Case Works
1. Fill out the form below at least one month prior to your planned meeting.
2. For those who qualify, OTI will send software, manuals, and a 30-day trial use agreement approximately three weeks before the meeting.
3. OTI will work with you by phone to help you input your meeting agenda and interactive questions into the software. This helps you become familiar with how OptionFinder/OptionPower works.
4. One week prior to your meeting, OTI will ship a Demo-In-A-Case Kit to you, including:
- Up to twenty OptionFinder IR, EZ, SR or IQ audience response keypads
- One OptionFinder interface transceiver
- One soft carrying/shipping case
5. Once you receive the Demo-In-A-Case Kit, we will coach you by phone to get set up and use the equipment.
6. Conduct your interactive meeting using OptionFinder/OptionPower audience response systems.
7. After the meeting, return the complete Demo-In-A-Case Kit to OTI or purchase a system and keep what you have!
Costs/Fees
- There is no charge for trying the Demo-In-A-Case. However, you are responsible for the insured shipping cost of the audience response system (approximately $70 each way for FedEx 2nd day service). The equipment, software, and manuals must be returned to OTI immediately after your meeting unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Although this opportunity is designed to be implemented without OTI staff being present, you may choose to have one of our interactive meeting consultants assist you on-site. This service is available at an additional cost. Please contact a sales representative for OTI consulting rates.
