Components Co is the world's leading manufacturer of custom designed LED lighting solutions and a pioneer in the use of solid-state lighting technology. The whole basis of the company revolves around the ability to produce cost effective custom solutions in previously unheard of time scales, we can see through a project from the initial vision to working prototype with great speed, enabling end manufacture as quickly as possible. We do not have custom product run minimums, and this speed and efficiency applies to both the large and the smaller projects alike.
We produce all the components that are required within the LED lighting solution chain from RGB multi-channel LED modules through to the control systems required to run them. This includes custom control systems from new programs for existing lines or complete stand alone multi-channel DMX controllers with or without computer interfacing. Recent projects have included designing image controlled LED RGB matrix systems with over 1000 channels.
Our in house manufacturing processes now include wave solder technology and automated axial / radial SMD component placement machines. In most cases all of the stages of manufacture are carried out in house which helps us maintain the highly regarded quality that Components Company have come to represent.
Overseeing this process gives us complete control over speed and the ability to hit deadlines - we will often be found burning the midnight oil!
Over the past 4 years we have been scouring the industry the world over for the best LED's. It enables us to source LED's with fantastic reliability, great projection properties and colour continuity, our large demand for quantities (is the only thing we do!) enables us to get the right price for you, whatever size your order! We hold most models in stock, even extremely large quantities can be sourced within days.
Components Company was established in 2000 by the company Director Daniel Nore, we have been involved in the entertainment industry for over 12 years from end user supply, system installation then onto trade distribution and manufacturing. Based in the market town of Wem, in the heart of England we are close to major motorway links and 4 international airports.
