Leasing of Pipe Test Stations
IMPACT Lab's offers the leasing of pipe pressure testing stations to provide a more flexible service to their customers. Our target will be a response time of 2 weeks from arrival of pipes to starting the tests. We will develop strong communication links with our customers and provide regular reports to shorten material and product development timescales.
Pipe Pressure Testing
Pipe pressure testing capabilities at IMPACT are currently focused on small bore pipe evaluation (below 50mm diameter), although some larger bore work is possible (up to 110mm diameter).
Pressures in the range 0-60 bar are possible as are temperatures from 20°C to 120°C. Notch pipe testing to ISO 13479 is also available.
