SubscribeAuto-Lift UK Ltd have developed a range of caged tipper bodies to suit Landrover and other 4x4 vehicles.
These caged bodies are designed to allow more carrying capacity within 4x4 bodywork and are proving to be a popular choice among tree surgeons, forestry businesses, waste collection companies, landscapers etc.
The bodies are fitted with a multi-stage ram type underfloor tipping equipment powered by an electro-hydraulic power pack which can be operated either with dash mounted controls or a wander lead. The tipping gear is also fitted with a maintenance prop for safety.
A full ladder gantry fitted with galvanised mesh infill is fitted as standard on all Auto-Lift UK Ltd's tipper and dropside bodies, only is now complemented with cab height drop down and removable mesh sides also fitted with galvanised mesh.
Strong steel sides are also fitted designed to drop down without having to first remove the mesh sides to give complete flexibility depending on the job in hand. The body is then fitted with a top and bottom hung tailgate. Anodised aluminium sides and tailgate can be fitted instead of steel if preferred.
The mesh sides can be taken off to leave a standard tipping body, then the sides, tailgate and rear corner posts can also be removed to leave a standard flat bed body, should the user have a wider load to carry.
Rope hooks are fitted all round should a tarpaulin cover be required to contain the load, and finally all the steelwork is fully powder-coated to give the best possible protection.
