OTR Wheels provide professional wheel inspection services, as well as reliable quick change wheels and rims.

5 PC. Open pit mining wheels in standard and heavy duty (GFM) forged and fully machined designs for extended service life. GFM wheels are fully compatible with all designs currently in the market and are available in up to 63” Ø.

Heavy duty underground mining wheels are available for extreme applications in 15”, 20” and 25” diameters. Our heavy duty underground mining wheels can be custom built and / or modified to meet the customer’s requirements for any application.  

Quick Change Wheels and Rims for Haul Trucks

Our quick change rims and wheels allow tire fitters to reduce tire change and rotation times by up to 60% by eliminating the need to demount the outer dual rim or wheel to change the inside dual tire.

These time savings translate into increased productivity and for the entire fleet. All quick change wheels are manufactured using fully machined hsla forged steel for extended service life.

OTR Wheel Inspection: How Safe are Your Wheels?

OTR Wheel’s rim, wheel and component inspection and certification program was designed to assist our customers in ensuring that they are working in the safest conditions possible which long term will assist In avoiding injuries caused rim or rim component failures.

Our OTR wheel inspection and certification program consists of the following:

• Visual inspection of rims/wheels and components
• ndt testing of all critical areas of the rim base
• Tracking database for rims to ensure traceability
• Certification or repair / scrap recommendation based on ndt testing
