GS Foam Concrete perform pipeline grouting, using a RoLine concrete pump for safe and efficient foam concrete delivery.
GS Foam concrete have used foam for the grouting of redundant pipelines, for numerous years and is proven to be successful, we provide the client with a specially adapted pipe which needs to be positioned into the pipe opening and secured.
There are various methods to secure the pipe, the method we have used over the years is to concrete the pipe in or use brick work. The foam concrete delivery hose will attach to the special pipe supplied and pump the foam concrete through until we extract all the water from the pipeline, the foam concrete will only normally show after the water has finished flowing, the delivery pipe will also have attached our own gate valve to contain the pressure of the foam concrete and is used for health and safety reasons. GS foam concrete has recently acquired a RoLine concrete pump which is ideal for small to medium size grouting operations as the delivery rate can be controlled instantly which is vital on some type’s of grouting operations.
