Foam concrete applications range from platform extensions to the stabilisation of land and hotel foundations.
Foam concrete has been used in the UK for many years and GS Foam concrete has been at the forefront of most of the different type of voids that require filling with foam concrete, to mention a few,
Below a spectator stand at Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh to stabilise the stand. Infilled at clay dragon on a hillside in the north east area to stop the kids from entering the dragon and getting stuck, We pumped under a hotel in Whitley Bay after the hotel started to collapse due to mining works below, we also pumped into 55 houses at RAF Kinloss and RAF Lossiemouth to bring the ground floor up to the damp course for the MOD. We recently pumped under a beach house in Amble, Norththumberland to level the unstable ground below the decking. And in June/July 09 foam concrete was pumped by ourselves to extend the platform at Stoke train station over the bank holiday weekend.
So above are just a few examples of where foam concrete can be used. most people associate the product to be related to construction sites only however we have proved over the years how versatile the product can be and the various types of infills the product can be used for.
